At the very least if you can't get it to run at native 4k, you should be able to get it to run in 4k DSR by enabling the 4x DSR Factor in NCP. It is easy to install and use and does not require any external configuration. It also changes the sensitivity range to more reasonable values. Mileage may vary, but the game was made to play at native 4K on the Xbox One X, so I don't see why it shouldn't on PC. This fix makes Metro 2033 Redux and Metro Last Light Redux use raw mouse input to solve the issue of different sensitivities for horizontal and vertical movement.
